How we deliver the product to customers?

Fasherati.com aims to deliver your product as per time committed to you. We have a practice to check every single product. Each item goes through a rigorous quality check before dispatch to the customers.

The order is shipped directly from our warehouse within 24/48 hours after the order confirmation. During special events like “Sales” we dispatch products within 2-3 days. We try to deliver your product within 4-7 days business days, depending upon your location.

Can there be Delivery Issues?

Despite our best efforts and those of our courier partners, certain issues can arise. In order to guarantee you a quality service, Fasherati.com promises to do its best to find the causes and resolve the problem in a timely manner.

In case, Fasherati.com is unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) as mentioned here in above and the payment for such order(s) has been made by you through your credit/debit card, the amount paid by you while placing the order(s) on the Site will be reversed back in your card account. No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the Customer(s) under the Cash on Delivery ("COD") option.

Further, Fasherati.com may at times be unable to deliver the confirmed order(s) to you and the reason for the same could be inclusive of but not limited to, the following:

  1. Unavailability of the relevant product
  2. Failure of the concerned manufacturer SUPPLIER/importer to deliver relevant product to Fasherati.com
  3. Poor/improper/defective quality of the relevant product ascertained through our quality audit process
  4. Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information. In the event of any circumstance(s) as a fore mentioned; you shall not be entitled to any damages, monetary compensation, redeemable vouchers and/or store credits.
